Quality has been our highest priority from the beginning. We have developed a system and the technology to make this process of maintaining independence in one's home, while needing increasing levels of care, Easy, Efficient, and Effective.

We have established a network of service providers that are of the highest caliber and integrity. All providers must be licensed, insured, and have all necessary certifications, as warranted by State and type of service. They must go through stringent reference checks, both with current clients, business associates, and the better business bureau. In addition, the provider, as a company, must stand behind their work and provide client satisfaction.

In addition, we monitor the quality of services, by contacting clients for feedback on a regular basis, and then evaluating each provider to maintain a high level of client satisfaction. If any feedback we receive is not positive, the individual provider is required to make changes to resolve the client's concerns, or is eliminated as a provider. This is an ongoing process of evaluation for all services.
